REGOLAMENTO
01 – Sedicicorto International, promuove la 8° Edizione del SEDICICORTO International Film Festival , che avrà luogo a Forlì Dal 3-10-2011 al 9-10-2011.
02 - Il Festival prevede 4 sezioni competitive, a cui possono partecipare tutti i cortometraggi, prodotti dopo il 01-01-09,
con durata fino a 35 minuti, (titoli inclusi).
a) MOVIE – film internazionali di fiction
b) ANIMA&LAB – film internazionali di animazione e sperimentali
c) DOC – film internazionali di documentari
d) CORTITALIA – film nazionali di qualsiasi genere
03 - L’iscrizione è gratuita ed aperta fino al 2-7-2011. (fa fede il timbro postale)
Per iscriversi è necessario compilare e firmare l'Entry Form presente sul sito: www.sedicicorto.it o sul sito: www.shortfilmdepot.com
Ogni autore può fare più iscrizioni, inviando:
a) Film in formato DVD, (sono ammessi più film nello stesso DVD)
b) Una copia della scheda d’iscrizione On-Line (Entry-Form), per ogni film presentato.
04 - I cortometraggi in lingue diverse dall’Italiano, devono essere completi di sottotitoli in Inglese o Francese o Italiano, o accompagnati dalla Lista Dialoghi.
05 - L’invio del materiale, a carico del mittente, sarà indirizzato a:

06 - L’organizzazione del Festival non è responsabile della tutela dei diritti relativi all'opera presentata. L'organizzazione non è responsabile dei danni o perdita dei materiali durante il tragitto di invio. L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di sospendere o modificare la manifestazione se questo fosse necessario.
07 - La giuria del Festival, composta da rappresentanti del mondo artistico ed accademico, si occuperà della scelta dei premi e le sue decisioni saranno inappellabili.I Film selezionati, saranno pubblicati sul sito del Festival entro il 15-9-2011 e saranno proiettati nell’ambito del Festival, il cui programma sarà visibile sul sito entro il 25-9-2011. Tutti i film selezionati saranno inseriti nel catalogo ufficiale del Festival.
08 – Il primo premio assoluto (aperto a tutte le categorie in concorso) consiste nel trofeo 16ORO + 1.000€
Saranno inoltre assegnati i seguenti premi di CATEGORIA, consistenti in una targa + 250 €
al migliore film delle seguenti sezioni:
MOVIE– ANIMA&LAB –– DOC – CORTITALIA
Sono circa 20 i premi ed i riconoscimenti previsti.
Sarà assegnato il premio FEDIC alla migliore opera FEDIC, la quale avrà il diritto di partecipare al concorso : FEDIC d'ORO.
La giuria si riserva di annullare, variare, integrare premi e menzioni, ed ha facoltà di sospendere i premi qualora i vincitori o rispettivi rappresentanti, non si presentino durante la serata delle premiazioni. I premi in denaro, saranno inviati tramite bonifico bancario entro 60 giorni dal termine della manifestazione, previo ricevimento delle coordinate bancarie del beneficiario.
09 - Il pernottamento in Hotel ed il rimborso forfettario della trasferta è offerto solo per le ultime due giornate conclusive e ne ha diritto un solo rappresentante per ognuno dei 16 film finalisti, salvo deroghe concesse dall’organizzazione.
10 - Con la partecipazione al concorso l’autore, autorizza il trattamento dei dati personali (legge 675/96) contenuti nelle opere e nel materiale complementare; autorizza l’archiviazione delle opere presentate, presso la sede dell’associazione organizzatrice, la quale si impegna a catalogarle e renderle disponibili per tutte le proiezioni, manifestazioni, trasmissioni , promossi dalla stessa associazione, per scopi culturali e non commerciali. (salvo indicazione contraria, espressa contestualmente all'iscrizione). La partecipazione al concorso implica l’accettazione integrale delle condizioni esposte. RULES
01 – Sedicicorto International is glad to organize the 8th Annual of SEDICICORTO International Film Festival, that will take place in Forlì (Italy) from 3rd October 2011 to 9th October 2011.
02 – The Film Festival is divided into 4 competitive sections. We accept submissions of any short film produced after 1st January 2009. The maximum running time allowed is 35 minutes (including credits).
a) MOVIE - International Fiction Films
b) ANIMA&LAB - International Animation & Experimental Films
c) DOC - International Documentary Films
d) CORTITALIA - National Films of any genre
03 – Submissions are free and the deadline is 2nd July 2011 (the postmark will be considered proof of the date of mailing).
It is possible to submit works by filling in and signing the Entry Form you find on the web site: http://www.sedicicorto.it/ or on the web site: www.shortfilmdepot.com
Each author is entitled to more submissions, sending the following material:
a) a DVD copy of the film (more films in a same DVD are admitted)
b) a copy of the filled-in online Entry Form for each film submitted.
04 – Short films in languages other than Italian must include English or French or Italian subtitles, otherwise a complete dialogue list is required.
05 – The material – whose shipping costs will be paid by the sender - must be mailed to the following address:

06 – The Festival Organization is not responsible for the copyright protection regarding the work(s) presented.
The Festival Organization is not responsible for any loss or damage to the material during the shipment to the festival.
The Festival Organization also reserves the right to suspend or change the organization of the event whenever it is considered to be necessary.
07 – The Festival Jury, consisting of members from the artistic and academic fields, will decide the prize awards and the decisions of the jury are final.
The list of the films selected will be published on the Festival web site by 15th September 2011. The films selected will be screened during the Festival, whose program will be published on the web site by 25th September 2011. All the selected films will be included in the Festival official catalogue.
08 – The first prize (open to all competitive section) consists of the trophy 16ORO (16GOLD) + 1,000€
Moreover, the following SECTION prizes (consisting of a plaque + 250 €) will be awarded to the best film from the following sections:
MOVIE – ANIMA&LAB –– DOC – CORTITALIA
During the Festival, approximately 20 prizes and mentions will be awarded.
FEDIC Prize will be awarded to the best FEDIC work, that will be entitled to participate in the contest: FEDIC d’ORO.
The Jury reserves the right to cancel, vary, integrate awards and mentions and has the authority to suspend the prize in case the winners or their delegates do not participate in the prize-giving ceremony. Prizes in money will be sent to the winner by bank transfer within 60 days from the end of the Festival, subject to prior communication of the bank transfer details by the recipient.
09 – Hotel accommodation and a fixed lump-sum refund of the travel expenses are offered only for the final two days of the Festival, and only one representative for each of the 16 winning films will be entitled to it, although exceptions may be considered by the Organization.
10 – The participants authorize the Festival Organization to process the personal data (according to the Italian law 675/96 regarding privacy) contained in their works and complementary material. They also authorize the Festival Organization to register their work(s) in the archives of the Organization Offices, where they will be catalogued and made available for any screening, event, and broadcast promoted by the Association Sedicicorto, solely for cultural and not for commercial purposes (unless otherwise specified in the Entry Form). The participation implies full acceptance of all the above-mentioned conditions. These regulations are available in Italian and in English.
